The lady was lovely and very welcoming and was very informative about how it works. Only negative is the room not being shut off from the loud music and shouting from the attached downstairs vibrocise studio so couldn’t fully relax

Hi, unfortunately was not good.
Due to adverse weather conditions (very bad! Snow) I couldn't attend and it wasn't possible to reschedule so I lost my money.
