Brilliant experience with Wendy, cut and blow dry such bouncy waves that last for days!

While Wendy was clearly experienced and talented, there was a lot missing from the experience and the salon had a few issues.

Exactly what was needed. I was sore and achy, especially at the top of my shoulders and so I booked this massage very last minute but was very pleased to find a slot available at a time convenient to me. The therapist was professional and kind.

Wendy put too much keratin product on my hair, which made my eyes, throat and lungs sting. I could not breathe. She thought because I have Afro hair, more product is needed but I have had this treatment before and more product was not needed as it lasted a year when I previously had it done. Although, it came from a good place. I think she should follow guidelines to maintain health and safety for customers. The end result was not what I expected as my hair was not as straight as previously.
