Wendy put too much keratin product on my hair, which made my eyes, throat and lungs sting. I could not breathe. She thought because I have Afro hair, more product is needed but I have had this treatment before and more product was not needed as it lasted a year when I previously had it done. Although, it came from a good place. I think she should follow guidelines to maintain health and safety for customers. The end result was not what I expected as my hair was not as straight as previously.
