It was all generally ok but was the first time using Treatwell and made me wary of it again, as I booked and then they called up first thing in the morning to move my appointment which is made late the night before so clearly their system isn’t synced with this app. so that was annoying as I was getting ready for a wedding and had childcare prepared that I then needed to move. They also didn’t have space at a manicure table so we sat either side of a massage bed, not that comfortable when pregnant and awkward space for your legs.
Ended up just having a file and paint as they’d move the appointment so wasn’t enough time - this was fine, you can’t really go wrong with a file and paint! But they don’t have nail driers so took ages to dry and was soft for a while. I’d go back if I was desperate but I probably wouldn’t book through the app as they’ll probably change it or squeeze you in and give you an average service and not the treatment you wanted, like they did for me!
Manicure
Nice spray tan - lovely colour and it lasted a long time without going patchy. The spray tan is done in a little outside shed which was quite a novelty!

Good haircut and advice in a nice salon although felt slightly rushed.

Nice facial- however the lady when I asked her what products to use for my skin type didn’t really know what to advise me which after having a prescription facial irked me. I got a medi-bac mask and I don’t have acne I had some post period break out around my chin but my cheeks are quiet dry so didn’t think that was such a good idea but in the end looked good and the rawness I felt on my cheeks passed when she put the soothing mask on.overall happy with the result.
