The treatment was overall good. The skin products they used were of high quality tailored to skin treatment and acne, due to my skin conditions. However, there was no procedure to ask about my consent and any past skin disorders or ailments. The therapist did not check if I had haemophilia or other allergies. They used powder penicillin which could have had an allergic reaction but was gone unchecked. The therapist was very quiet and did not explain the procedures as she treated on my skin.
