It's inside a salon so obviously you dont get your typical spa experience with heated towels, people talking in whispers and new age music piping in the background. But in return it's a lot cheaper so good value for money!

Really happy with this. Great value for money. I had a wet haircut by Lily and she was really attentive and really listened to what I wanted, but also made some suggestions as to how to manage my hair better. I will definitely go back.
