Lovely staff. Massage could have been a little stronger. Also loved the hot stones!

The facilities are dated. It was very busy being a part of a hotel. They had a lovely relaxation room designed but you can hear all the noise from the swimming pool so not quiet. However treatments were amazing. I had a 1 hour facial but a scalp massage and foot massage was given with it, which was lovely. I would probably go back just go for the treatments next time and not use the facilities.
A lovely lady really helped with some nasty knots I had around my neck! A really good massage!

It was good but the staff doing treatment should have asked more and be more welcoming
