Perfect first visit, all staff were welcoming and friendly, the massage itself was very relaxing with attention paid to particular areas discussed.

The staff were delightful- professional and friendly . Public areas are good but once you go upstairs the age of the building and a lack of maintenance are starting to show - it didn’t impact on my treatment which was very good - but looking at stained polystyrene tiles in my treatment room was a turn off
