Very relaxing although the booked appointment was moved and they thought I’d booked a massage it all worked out gine
was left waiting for 25 minutes, plenty of staff walking past me and not one even acknowledged me or said that they were running late, but would be with me soon. I was starting to wonder if I had actually booked the appointment! if I hadn't have pre paid, it's safe to say I would have left. eventually Gemma came over and said that the person meant to be doing my tan is late so she will be taking over. she was lovely, professional and polite. we had a good chat and she made me feel at ease. the tan looks great, so thank God for Gemma is all I can say!
