Nice little spa however the previous appointment ran into my one so I was late finishing myself, when I had to also get to another place elsewhere

I had a great first visit to Champneys in Chichester. The treatment and the staff were great. The facilities felt below par for a day spa, but quite shabby decor and clearly some works going on downstairs that weren't explained. Would go back for the quality of the treatment but it wasn't that relaxing.

Sophie was very knowledgable & threaded my eyebrows well. The treatment rooms desperately need a refurb though.

The staff were lovely but the spa was a bit rundown and unkept, which surprised me given the treatements were quite expensive. Facial was good and let my skin feeling lovely.
