Disappointed after paying and booking online to be phoned next day by champneys that my slot time had to be changed as it had already been taken. Tan was patchy in areas next day wrists and ankles.

The premises are welcoming. The woman who did my scrub and massage was incredibly efficient and great - I would recommend her. My gel manicure was patchy - I wouldn't recommend this - worst I've ever had. The reflexology was feather light in terms of touch and the worst I've ever had. On leaving the premises the staff were inattentive and carried on a conversation rather than saying goodbye. No one asked how my treatments had been. Pretty poor customer service.
