The wax room had a broken light so the room was a bit dark, which I can’t imagine is the best for a wax! However the girl was great, only a few patches missed.

It was easy to find and the staff were very helpful. I had just come from work so had a huge bag, she put it in her office so I didnt have to carry it up the stairs. The room was small but lovely, with relaxing music. The therapist was professional and did a great job with my eye brows.

I booked a 1 hour 55 min treatment for my friends birthday. It was an hour facial and an hour deep tissue massage. This was shown on the confirmation. However, when I returned after the treatment to collect her, she had been charged £5 to upgrade to a deep tissue massage! That's what I booked in the first place. Not only that, she did not receive the full 1.55 hours that I had booked.
