My visit was off to a rocky start when my booking wasn't on the system - whether the fault there lies with Treatwell or Champneys, who knows. The staff were great about it and luckily freed up a lovely lady who couldn't have been nicer. She was completely professional, happy and didn't seem at all taken back at being pulled from one thing to do another. The massage was lovely and the facilities very clean and comfortable. Would definitely return.

Went to get my eyebrows done which I prepaid for in advance but all they did was argue I didn’t pay even after me showing them A confirmation I had payed and calling Treatwell infront of them which also confirmed I had payed. They refused to do my eyebrows.
