Fantastic massage. Therapists really talented and make you feel comfortable and valued. Venue is welcoming, not at all stuffy and false like some other high-end spas. I find it really irritating when spa therapists give some mini-lecture about looking after myself after they've finished, it ruins the effect a bit. So imagine my RELIEF that I didn't have to suffer that from champneys! Gentle recommendation of a couple of products that would be of use to me - no aggressive upselling or guilting me into purchasing loads of stuff I'll never need - rounded off the experience perfectly.
I will definitely be returning.

The Therapist was lovely however she didn't ask how I like my eyebrows before she started waxing, which meant they are now much thinner than I would ever have asked for which is a big shame. She did take her time on them and was really lovely - but I would never go back given the treatment is £18 and I'm really disappointed by the result.
