Ok so it was lovely however on booking treatwell moved our appointments to be one after the other which was not what we ordered we wanted to have the 2 treatments together as two girls . Champneys sorted but not great for using this website for the 1st time.
The beautician was friendly and attentive. I did not have to wait for my appointment. The facial was so relaxing and enjoyable and after my skin glowed with the lovely oils that were used during the treatment. She massaged my feet whilst a face mask was applied and that was a surprise bonus. The massage of my head, neck and shoulders was invigorating and i felt all the tension and knots in my shoulders ease away.
