I'm disappoined with the treatment that i recieved at Champney's Enfield. I have been here before for a high bikini wax which I was pleased with so this time decided to have a Brazilian and full leg wax. Firstly I will say that I am completely happy with my legs. The lady assured me that strip wax was just as good as hot wax for the bikini area but she was a senior therapist so I decided to trust her despite what I have heard. She did try to make it as pleasant an experience as possible. I was obviously expecting pain from the Brazilian but was not expecting my skin to tear, which is what I was told had happened. When I left I was happy with the result despite the fact that the patch of hair remaining was a bit wonky and uneven. However by the next day I had developed a scab in the most sensitive areas and all the skin around is very dry and sore. This could either be due to me having sensitive skin, or poor waxing technique however this has put me off ever having intimate waxing again at champneys or other salons.
Really lovely therapist and I was really pleased with the results of my treatment. Thank you and hope to come back and visit soon.
I visited Champneys Enfield for an eyelash tint and went for the blue black colour. Really pleased with the results.

Thank you Champneys Enfield. Really enjoyed my 45 minute facial. Would recommend. Very relaxing and the staff are always helpful and do not try and pressurise you to buy products.
