Overall, a nice experience (or as nice as it can be when having hair ripped out.) Place was clean and had a lovely atmosphere, staff were chatty. It did feel a little rushed and it might have been nice to have some music in the room for awkward silences.

Facial was very relaxing and complementary gift was a nice touch but treatment was a long way short of the advertised treatment time.
