Honestly perfect. I had to rearrange my appointment to today as I mistakenly booked it for Friday, the receptionist was so helpful. Pearl did most of my treatment and she was wonderful. So calming and exactly what I needed / wanted.

Rosie gave me a lovely pedicure, shaping the nails exactly as I like them and being very thorough with the removal of dead skin and cuticles which I really appreciate. She was really friendly and professional and did an excellent job of my toes before my holiday. Sadly the nail varnish only lasted 1 week before chipping, rather than the usual 3-4 weeks; I expect this is down to spending time on the beach unless they have changed their formula or used too few coats of colour.
Whilst waiting for the cream to sink into my skin when my feet were in the booties, Rosie asked if I wanted a hand and arm massage which is something I’ve never had before during a pedicure at champneys but the team are always switching things up. Again, Rosie did a great job (she is an excellent therapist and gives great massages) but I would probably say no if asked in future just because it’s a bit awkward to hold your hand and arm up for so long (left my muscles aching more than anything!) and for the therapist to be stood so close to the next customer sat on the chair beside me. Nice idea but I didn’t think it worked.
Overall, will definitely revisit for another pedicure!
