Peaceful atmosphere, I felt very comfortable and the wax was quick. A few pesky little hairs were left which was a little disappointing but I hadn't been in a while so hopefully next one will be better. 95% happy and feel like a new woman though!

The staff were all very friendly and the spa overall was lovely.
The gel application was done to an average standard but have had better gel nails before. It might be slightly down to experience or time. It was only a 25min appointment but they could make it about 40min so that it doesn't feel so rushed.

I had an aromatherapy back massage and it was bliss. I'll definitely be re-booking.
