Could not fault the wax, professionalism or the ambience in the spa. The cucumber water on arrival is a really nice touch!

My massage and facial were great. Pedicure took far too long (I think she was new) and all the therapist did was file my nails slightly - which was disappointing. I was also slightly disappointed with the facilities - they should not market themselves as a 'Day Spa' if the facilities are more that of a salon. The bathrooms had no working lights upstairs!

It was fast and efficient - just what I was looking for. It was great that they have late opening times so you can visit after work. The only downside was that they phoned a few hours before my appointment asking to pull the time forward, luckily I could make it otherwise that would have been a bit frustrating.

Wasn't greatly impressed with nails, service or hygiene. Have been to better champneys. Won't be going back in a hurry
