They took me on time
The staff was amazingly nice
I was scared it would hurt as I am 9 months pregnant so the skin is more sensitive but they have used a hot wax and been very gentle.
I highly recommend this salon

Was called a few hours before my treatment was due and told they had to reschedule to a different day. Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened at this venue, and it caused a lot of inconvenience and hassle. The treatment lasted about 15 minutes shorter than advertised and did not include all of the features in the description, so was not quite as expected. I could not find my therapist after the treatment (she said meet downstairs but never appeared) so I was unable to query this afterwards.
