It was a very pleasant experience. I had bad back pain so was concerned about sitting for too long, they kindly offered me to swap (and pay the difference) to have a back massage. Lucinda did my massage, which was amazing and very helpful. Carly did my nails and was very friendly, however my left thumb nail was a little uneven so they have let me book in for it to be re-done tomorrow, which is good of them.

Ambiance is so calm and relaxing staff is so friendly and polite. I liked the gel nails but they are not my favorite. I will definitely go back for facials.

A very pleasant visit - facial extremely relaxing. Nails well done although didn't last that long before they started peeling.

Extremely professional approach. I was pleasantly surprised when my beautician used hot wax for my bikini area: it was easy quick and almost painless (as we all know how sensitive the skin is down there.) Highly recommended!
