I feel a bit mean leaving this review as the therapist was lovely. However, I don't think she was very experienced. I was booked for a wax and there were loads of hairs (about 20 hairs) left underarm after the wax had finished...I had to pluck them out myself later that day!

Potentially the worst experience at a spa I have ever had. Booked a 30 minute treatment which then transpired to 25 yet from being collected from the waiting room to leaving I was in the building for 23 minutes including getting dressed/undressed. I complained and Champneys had shocking customer service and didn’t even apologise until my third email. Luckily treatwell were supportive and refunding the payment but Champneys were nothing but unprofessional and terrible customer service.
