Very professional masseuse, in a comfortable ambiance. The effect of the massage has been very good.

Good pedicure and callus peel however the peel left my feet very sticky! Peaceful environment in Guildford town centre. Champneys seem to have changed their pedi chairs - the old ones had massage function which is missing with the new chairs but overall good experience. Bought this on offer so good value.

Great service and amazing staff. However, when i got home from my basilian wax i realised there were patches that were not waxed properly.

This was my first time at the spa and I'll definitely be back. The staff are friendly and the shop is worth a browse if you're early. I booked a head in the clouds massage without properly reading what I was booking but as I'd been suffering from lower back ache the therapist worked on that rather than the top of my back and shoulders which I was incredibly thankful for.
Tip: if booking a tint remember to pop in beforehand for a patch test. I didn't which meant I had to come back for the second part of my treatment but I had no problem booking it.
