I absolutely love Champneys in Guildford, the venue is lovely and the staff are always so wonderful, helpful and professional. I have been for the head in the clouds massage three times now, twice with the same therapist who was fantastic. The last time I went for this treatment however I found the therapist was a little lazy and rubbed the same place over and over with too much force - I was quite sore for a few days after and did not leave feeling like my head was in the clouds! Having said that I did take my mum for the same treatment and she was absolutely over the moon with the service, as an I usually.

The place was lovely and staff friendly. I expected a high quality treatment however I was left very unsatisfied with my Hollywood wax. It was rushed and not of a high standard. I expected better.
