The beautician was awkward and rushed, I’ve had Brazilian waxes since I was 16 and this was a very painful one. The girl didn’t talk a lot and when I asked if she could do smaller strips because it was quit painful she ignored me. I don’t feel like she was very aware or considerate of my discomfort and her technique was very poor. The wax lasted less than 1 week.

Rushed!
A staff member had called in sick so the others were having to pick up the slack.
Bikini wax was done so quickly - basic job was ok but could have done with some tidying up.
Nails - hands were good. Feet - she over ran on the feet and had hardly any time to do the paint. Only did one coat and it’s a pretty poor job. Chipped the next day.
