Relaxing treatment which I needed to relieve tension. I was seen on time and the treatment room was clean and comfortable

Not great service - I was unfortunately and unusually 10 mins late because of major roadworks in guildford - I called ahead to warn. When I arrived I was told that they couldn’t do the treatment. No one called me which would have saved me half an hour of driving back and forth. Why schedule an appt at 5.50pm if there is a risk of lateness and the client being turned away? I then was rebooked for the next morning which was rushed and have been left with burns and scalding to nurse!

Relaxing and pleasant treatment for my poor feet. Lovely girl tended to my feet. Will definitelygo again
