This treatment was good - Pearl was really friendly, very professional and punctual, and did a great job of talking me through each step of the pedicure. Sadly one of my toenails had broken the day before and nothing could be done to make it look like the others - I think I’ve been spoilt by getting pedicures from Carly who always manages to rescue them.
The boots could have been a little bit warmer (but I’m sure Pearl would have adjusted them if I had said something at the time). Still not really sure whether the massage chairs are there to be used or not as no one ever seems to turn them on but they do help bring me forward in the seat so it is less of a stretch to get my feet on the bar. Overall, very happy!

Rosie/Rosanna gave me a lovely massage. I find her to be one of the best at champneys for massage and would definitely re-book with her again. She was really friendly, provided me with lots of information about the treatment and checked the areas I wanted to focus on/pressure etc. Very professional. The treatment lasted exactly 25 minutes, including the time it took to get to the room, undress and prepare. Considering I received a discount for this massage, I think it was good value for money.
The only thing I would change about my experience is that i found the room to be slightly colder than I would have liked. We have had some hot weather recently so I imagine the temperatures have been adjusted to reflect this but I was definitely a little bit colder than I would have chosen.
