I had two consecutive massages - a back massage and the “head in the clouds” massage. At the time I booked them, I wasn’t sure how it would work but of course the team at Champneys knew exactly what they were doing and I was able to have the same therapist for both treatments and the transition from being on my front to my back was smoothly handled with some well placed towels.
Rosie is a brilliant masseuse and I would definitely recommend her to friends and family. She asked all the right questions at the start of the treatments and was professional throughout.
Personally, I probably wouldn’t go for the head massage again purely because although it was relaxing, and well executed, I didn’t enjoy it as much as the back massage, and would be easier to replicate at home.

Had a Brazilian wax - I've had quite a few in my time and this one would be in the medioca category. The therapist used a mixture of hot wax and regular wax which i didn't expect. I expected the whole treatment to be done in hot wax.
Treatment by Waxing
It was fab and nails are great, but slightly awkward mix up with the bill as I had pre paid with Treatwell and staff requested additional payment. It was soon sorted out but a bit uncomfortable
