Very good massage. A little under-lit in the location itself so cannot speak to how hygienic everything was, but it seemed absolutely fine to me. There are some cheaper alternatives in my area that supply a good service and I didn't have a good look around the entire facility so I cannot judge the spa overall, but I had a good time and will be back. The therapist did a great job looking after a recovering injury I have. One constructive point I would make is that I wasn't given a towel after the treatment to wipe down any excess oil, while it wasn't much I would have preferred that to having it transfer onto my clothes.
This is the second pedicure I have had at Champneys, and I love it! Just what you need after a long holiday!

In all honesty not the best wax and a couple of days later I have red marks which don’t normally get. I booked with Senior therapist they didn’t say anything when I arrived but it became very apparent that the person was not that experienced. When I got home I found a message on Home phone saying they had swapped to a junior therapist but I did get any reduction in price because I had pre paid. Overall quite disappointing.
