i was a little annoyed as i had booked via treatwell, my appointment was confirmed then salon rang me to tell me the appointment had to be changed. I was told that because i used a 3rd party booking agency and had paid less my appointment was not confirmed and could be changed! also i was told that had i booked via champney i would not have paid for the removal of my gels (champneys had put them on a couple of weeks earlier)!
treatwell did give me a 10.00 discount on another booking.

Really impressed with the eyebrow reshape I received. Service was really good and such a convenient location!
Therapist specifically asked if there was a certain area in the back/shoulder massage that she should concentrate, told her to concentrate on shoulder but as massage went on she carried on with standard massage.
As an aside massage was offered with free gift which was not given.
