It was wonderful!! I highly recommend this service! I was 33 weeks pregnant at the time, I was looking for full pampering, and it couldn't have been better!!
My husband bought me the Luxury Pedicure as a surprise treat, as I'm 32 weeks pregnant and so my feet were in great need of some TLC.
I arrived at Boots, Milton Keynes only a couple of minutes early and so, to save time, thought to check with a Boots staff member as to the whereabouts of the salon. Three staff members later and I was none the wiser - none of them even realised there was a salon in store. Anyway, that's the reason for the 4/5 stars, and not a full 5 - perhaps some clearer signage would help (and cause less panic)
The service at Champney's was amazing. Greeted quickly, offered a hot drink and was seated comfortably within minutes. The treatment itself was lovely - I can't decide whether my favourite part was the foot massage, or the hot booties.
The Polish lady who carried out the treatment was friendly and professional and I'd highly recommend her (unfortunately, I can't remember her name!)
My feet are soft, pampered and red nail polish perfectly applied. Don't forget to take flip flops so you don't smudge the end result!
Such a wonderful and professional therapist in a really relaxing setting. A simple pedicure turned into a one hour wind down. Love! Will be back.
Venue a bit scruffy and greeting was odd (feet up on chair behind mountains of leaflets). Treatment and therapist lovely though. Expected more given the name but local independents seem better.
