I booked this as a Mother's Day gift for my Mum, she really enjoyed it hence having given 5 stars for nearly every question however the experience was slightly ruined when they asked her to pay as it hadn't been paid, luckily I had forwarded the email and text confirmation so she could prove it had been paid and after a manager stepped in this was rectified.
I have only given it 3 stars for value as my Mum had to pay an additional £5 to have gel polish, would have assumed that for £43 this would have been included?
The girl was really friendly and made me feel really comfortable. I will definately go back.
Beautiful bump was lovely had it twice my only criticism is that it's not 55 minutes as stated by the time somebody sees you and get ready cuts the time by quite a bit.
But once it starts it's really good!
A very high quality massage treatment - lovely treatment room, beautiful treatment room, and just the perfect amount of pressure. Recommended!
