This review is based on the fact that I turned up for my treatment as booked through Treatwell but there was no therapist available to carry it out. I was not asked if I wanted to reschedule so asked for a refund as paid upfront. Told I needed to go to Treatwell for refund. After spending a lot of time on the Treatwell site trying to find out how I do this I ended up sending a general form on 14th June. Got automated reply saying it would be answered within 2 working days but still nothing on 17th
