Great gel manicure, shame Champneys are rubbish at coordinating with Treatwell and never seem to be able to keep the appointments I make and/or don't believe I've already paid for the treatment through Treatwell! No idea whether it's Champneys' fault or Treatwells's, but definitely could be better.

Really lovely venue and in a convenient spot on the high street. Spacious, clean and calm. The therapist was lovely and very thorough.

The room was very small and started off extremely warm which meant first impressions weren't the best. The music on the ipod was also not the most relaxing including a mix of uptempo classical music...? I asked to change the music (which to her credit the masseuse tried to do) but the playlist they had was a strange mix of fast and slow therefore not very relaxing. The massage itself was okay but didn't last the full hour. I'm afraid to say I've had better antenatal massages at Espa and Thai Square (London). Won't be rushing back.
