I booked my treatment through Treatwell , however Champneys system was not synch’d with Treatwell and they actually had no availability. Champneys emailed me and phoned me and were very apologetic. I let Treatwell know straight away and before the time of my treatment. I would like a refund but this seems an impossibility. I have never been to Champneys Tunbridge Wells so I have no idea of their cleanliness or atmosphere etc and sorry to score them just so I can leave my review
