My experience at Champneys was extremely enjoyable with the treatments being relaxing and cleansing. The staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The only disappointment was the rather snug treatment room that had no where to put my belongings except the floor.

There was a problem and my booking wasn’t showing when I arrived but the manager sorted it out so that I could have the treatment an hour later (luckily I was free!) the treatment was nice but not as good as the last hot stone massage I had here. I would still come back as it was a nice experience.
