Champneys let me pay for my treatment and book it in, then emailed me later to say they didn’t have that time available. I’m still trying to get my money back from them. Very disappointing.
They had loads it times in Treatwell but when I booked they phone and said they were full and someone had booked the time slot just before me but they couldn't offer me any of the other times either. They couldn't process the refund so it was left to me to have to sort it all out with Treatwell!
