They had loads it times in Treatwell but when I booked they phone and said they were full and someone had booked the time slot just before me but they couldn't offer me any of the other times either. They couldn't process the refund so it was left to me to have to sort it all out with Treatwell!
I'm afraid I was very disappointed with my experience. I was having trouble getting out of London because of train delays, so i called to say I was worried I might not make it but had to leave a message asking someone to call. 45 mins later I left another message as I was going to end up being about 10 mins late and wanted to know if that would be ok. No-one returned my call. I then phoned continuously during the last 15 minutes of my journey. No-one answered the phone. When I got there, I was very stressed and flustered. I ask the girl on reception why she wasn't answering the phone and she said she had other things to deal with. I had no apology and felt like I was the one being unreasonable.
Champmeys is a lovely spa with clean facilities and great staff. I was pleased with my treatment. However, I do feel that it is a little on the pricey side.
