The massage was lovely however the treatment started a few minutes late and finished a few minutes early which was a bit disappointing

I'm afraid I was very disappointed with my experience. I was having trouble getting out of London because of train delays, so i called to say I was worried I might not make it but had to leave a message asking someone to call. 45 mins later I left another message as I was going to end up being about 10 mins late and wanted to know if that would be ok. No-one returned my call. I then phoned continuously during the last 15 minutes of my journey. No-one answered the phone. When I got there, I was very stressed and flustered. I ask the girl on reception why she wasn't answering the phone and she said she had other things to deal with. I had no apology and felt like I was the one being unreasonable.

Champmeys is a lovely spa with clean facilities and great staff. I was pleased with my treatment. However, I do feel that it is a little on the pricey side.

I actually laughed out loud during my treatment, Kathryn was polite professional funny and made me feel at ease. Very glad I booked :)
