Friendly professional staff. Fantastic food. Spa and pool facilities could do with a lick of paint, also some tiles could do with a good clean/repair. But overall a lovely treat for my husband's birthday.
Good day. Staff very helpful. Steam room wasn't very steamy, but swimming pool good. Would have liked more luxury in the showers.
Good short break for my daughter and myself. Even though I had made a mistake in my booking- and they were busy -the staff were so helpful and accommodated us after a short wait( probably in an upgrade but nothing was made of this).

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Champneys. The facilities were fantastic and the lunch was delicious. An extremely relaxing experience in a superb setting. This was our second visit to Forest Mere and we are looking forward to many more.
