Wonderful relaxing day. Can highly recommend it. As soon as you enter the building you relax. Food is excellent. Treatment was good.
Not a great day out for a couple - the steam and sauna rooms are separate, and the only joint sauna is tiny. Felt like we were spending a day out at the leisure centre as opposed to a top spa. Also, staff had loud conversations with each other and shouted across the room, which ruined the quiet atmosphere. Have been to better spas which are more luxorious and have better facilities, but for £55 each we felt it was ok value for money as the treatment was good.
You failed to furnish me and the spa with the correct information. Poor, very poor.

Lovely spa in rural tranquil setting. Staff friendly and helpful, buffet breakfast and lunch was healthy and absolutely delicious! I was on my own and really enjoyed my stay - thank you!
Had a wonderful time and it all exceeded expectations. Fantastic room , delicious healthy food , good sized pool and we loved our treatments ; massage and facial . Staff really helpful and professional . Would definitely recommend it to others .
