Relaxing day but spoilt by being very busy so not very ambient. Cleanliness could be better particularly in the relaxation room where the same sheets and pillows were used on the beds and not changed at all. So not very hygienic and not so quiet. The changing room toilets should be cleaned during the day and bins should be emptied. On the plus side, massage treatments were excellent. The buffet lunch was also very good and healthy!! Friendly helpful staff.
The aromatherapy wrap was disappointing, the oil was put on my skin rather than massaged in and foot massage was less than about 30 seconds
Great spa day with my daughter. Excellent value as there is lots to do there including classes you can join. Lunch was very good quality. My only gripe would be that the day spa changing room toilet and showers were dirty and had obviously not been cleaned that day. However when I mentioned it, they send housekeeping around immediately. Lovely venue, great day of pampering
Beautiful setting, with the terrace bar overlooking the rose garden and comfy sofas. Very relaxing. A dip in the jacuzzi, sweat it out in the sauna, then recline on a lounger with a cup of tea and piece of cake - what else could you want on a Monday afternoon?
Great day out, especially on a 2 4 1 deal! Lovely setting, facilities and lunch were great and the treatment and classes exceptional
