Jamie made me feel comfortable throughout my first visit to the salon, and listened how I wanted my hair to be cut and styled. The salon was lovely and welcoming. I will definitely be returning for future appointments with Changes.
Thorough cut and awesome head massage. Will definitely be making Changes my regular salon from now on.

I usually really love the salon and have always had a great experience. Sadly this time with a new hairdresser it didn’t go well. The colour applied was much darker than expected. Basically black. And she seemed to apply it very haphazardly so it’s stained all down the back of my neck, face and ears. Now I’m all blotchey! Would like come again and hope they will be better but not with the stylist I had.

Love my hair so much, never disappointed when I leave Changes. The salon is lovely and the team are so friendly. Highly recommend!
