Gabby is fab, she’s worked wonders with my curly, dry, previously home-dyed hair! I really like Changes, glad I found it. They’re great with kids too. Good biscuits and they can make a good tea. They’re chatty and welcoming. The hair washing basins are so hard though, kills my neck - could do with a soft edging somehow! All in all, highly recommend
