Simon was very welcoming and happy to make adjustments to the hairstyle when requested.
The appointment was the first one of the day and was moved to be 15 minutes later (got a text message about it a bit less than an hour beforehand).

I was really nervous and didn’t know what to expect for my first Hollywood wax but I had a fantastic experience with Edmira. She was super sweet and really gentle an thorough. She made me feel really comfortable I wasn’t even thinking about the pain just the conversation. Edmira did my eyebrows after as well and did an amazing job! She really took her time to really personalise the experience for what I wanted but also what she thought would look good. I had the best time I 100% recommend!
