Don't be fooled by the cheap price - at what I first thought was a bargain turned out to really mess things up for me. The wax I opted for was EVERYTHING off - hence it being a hollywood wax. The lady was nice enough however at one point she told me she couldn't do anymore because she had waxed the skin too many times, and suggested I just "go over it with a razor". The reason I get waxed is because I don't WANT to use a razor. It has been very difficult and practically impossible to now get rid of the unwanted hair and it is just simply embarrassing to have a patch that I did not ask for.
Worst experience ever. This is located in the basement of a tattoo studio.
I turned up 4 mins early and the lady asked me what I was here for and insisted that she didn't have my booking. My daughter bought this for my birthday otherwise I would have left there and then with that attitude. She told me that I was 10 mins early and to wait upstairs in the tattoo parlour. The therapist then let me in 20 mins lat ant told me to strip in front of her and had a right good look too. She then slapped some cream on my back and rubbed it in for 30 mins - that was supposed to be a massage. I was also due to get a facial but I wasn't letting her anywhere near me with cheap rubbish if the massage cream was anything to go by. I elected for a pedicure instead which was actually ok. Radio 1 was playing the whole way through my treatment and I could hear the tattooist walking across the wooden floor above. The therapist had a bad attitude and the place was not as clean as it could have been. Wont be back.
