Staff was very friendly and polite, the salon lovely, but I’m disappointed with the treatment itself. It’s advertised as a “deluxe” mani&pedi and the price was higher than some of the salons I had used before, so I expected something special. While I was having it done, all seemed great; at home, as the special oil washed off, I noticed the cuticles were not as tidy as I would like them, my heels still quite hard, the polish applied 2mm away from cuticles, so it looked a week old on day 1.
