Deep Tissue Massage
I went for my first ever gel manicure at the weekend (it had been a long time coming!) and have to say I've been slightly disappointed with the results. There wasn't a very big selection of colours to choose from (I only really wanted a coral red) so I eventually decided to go for a navy which ended up having a messed up brush so the beautician told me I'd have to pick something else. I'm surprised they didn't have more stock in the back but this wasn't the end of the world, I probably wouldn't have gone there if I'd known the selection would be so limited though.
The salon was quiet and I had been kept waiting a little while but the lady who did my nails was lovely - very professional, friendly and polite, and the salon itself was very nicely decorated. A couple of days afterwards I've noticed chipping and part of my nail coming off and am told this isn't normal for a freshly done manicure! I've had to file them down and will need to paint over the gaps so that they don't look so bad but it's a little disappointing!
Other Nail Extensions & Overlays
Friendly and welcoming staff, nice atmosphere in the salon. Good waxing technique with breathing to help relieve the pain. Wax could have been more thorough.
