I really liked the massage. The only thing is that the walls are really thin And you can hear people talking in the room next door which kind of ruins the mood. Also the floors are very creaky so you can hear every foot step

I had booked for an hour long full body massage. Something went wrong with the booking system, so I was asked to change it to two 30 minute sessions. However, this meant I couldn't have the full body massage which I really wanted. I asked if I could have a 45 minute session for one of the massages, so I could have some full body work. I was very surprised to be asked to pay a higher price per minute for the extra 15mins than I was for the massage I had originally booked. To be honest, I thought this should have been free, or £5 - not more expensive than the original massage. This was quite disappointing as I hardly ever have these treatments, and was really looking forward to this as a special treat. Additionally, both the appointments I had started 5 minutes late. Aside from that the massage itself was nice - without the problem explained above I probably would have been satisfied.
