I had booked for an hour long full body massage. Something went wrong with the booking system, so I was asked to change it to two 30 minute sessions. However, this meant I couldn't have the full body massage which I really wanted. I asked if I could have a 45 minute session for one of the massages, so I could have some full body work. I was very surprised to be asked to pay a higher price per minute for the extra 15mins than I was for the massage I had originally booked. To be honest, I thought this should have been free, or £5 - not more expensive than the original massage. This was quite disappointing as I hardly ever have these treatments, and was really looking forward to this as a special treat. Additionally, both the appointments I had started 5 minutes late. Aside from that the massage itself was nice - without the problem explained above I probably would have been satisfied.

The ambience is really nice and the saloon perfectly located.
The therapist is very professional and gentle , she made me feel at my ease and relax.
They have a limited selection of Essie and Opi, but I was happy with my choice.
