The staff were very friendly and warm upon walking in to the salon and offered me a variety of herbal teas. The treatment room was clean and inviting. The clay wrap was set up as soon as I was there.

Universal Contour Wrap
I had a eyebrow wax and can honestly say it was great. The salon itself was clean and nicely decorated. The therapist took her time with my eyebrows and even have me pointers on how to maintain them. Great experience- will be back!

Pedicure
I usually have wonderful treatments at this venue (Kensal salon) but was disappointed by the treatment. The massage pressure was ok, but I didn't find the therapist particularly relaxing. She talked a lot during my massage when all I wanted to do was zone out. Also, they need to do something about the ambience in the small treatment room nearest the reception - it was noisy (you heard everything going on in the next room and reception and the floor boards creaked terribly!) Not the most relaxing treatment I've ever had there.
