I usually have wonderful treatments at this venue (Kensal salon) but was disappointed by the treatment. The massage pressure was ok, but I didn't find the therapist particularly relaxing. She talked a lot during my massage when all I wanted to do was zone out. Also, they need to do something about the ambience in the small treatment room nearest the reception - it was noisy (you heard everything going on in the next room and reception and the floor boards creaked terribly!) Not the most relaxing treatment I've ever had there.
